The Super Bowl. You've all heard the NFL recite their everlasting and ongoing threat: "Any rebroadcast, reproduction or other use of the pictures, accounts or descriptions of this game..." blah, blah, blah. And not just in the Super Bowl. Pretty much every NFL game has that statement read by the announcers.
Well, that "threat" is now under challenge. A law professor posted a recording of that very same NFL copyright statement to YouTube. Read the brief paragraph to get the gist of what happened.
