New iMacs! As predicted, as rumored, as speculated

Apple today announced the availability of newly designed iMacs. The 17-inch model has been dropped in favor of 2 blends of 20-inchers and a 24-incher in brushed aluminum. In addition, the iLife suite of apps (iPhoto, iTunes, iMovie, etc.) have also been upgraded.

The Mac mini has 2 models with both being given a processor speed bump.

This fits in perfectly for the going-back-to-school crowd looking for new computers.

Huzzah!
