This is a conglomeration of awesome crashes occurring at the drag strip. The video is a hair over 6 minutes but worth every second. Many snippets are in super slo-mo.
It's amazing that in pretty much every case, the driver escapes with no injuries or some minor damage.
Ya gotta hand it to these guys who have the balls to hurl themselves at terrific g-forces to speeds sometimes exceeding 300 mph in about 4 seconds.

R.I.P. Mac OS 9
Apple has announced that Leopard will not support the Mac Classic OS 9 in any shape or form, on any machine. It is truly dead.
Back in 2002, when the first version of OS X came out, Steve Jobs staged a mock funeral for old OS and it's quite funny.
Have a gander.

Moving this old house

A huge old house/mansion gets moved using modern technology. There's a ridiculous amount of preplanning that goes into one of these mega moves. The equipment used is highly specialized and highly dangerous. One false move and over she goes.
There's no audio in this time-lapse video, so just sit back and enjoy.

Concept dumper
The Mitsubishi Fuso dump truck is on display at the Tokyo Auto Show.
Not a lot of specs on this vehicle but it sure is different. It seems that more and more concept vehicles coming out of Japan have no sharp edges and it makes one wonder, why?
You can read a tad bit more and check out a few more pics here at Jalopnik.

Flight of fancy

The jet is taxiing down the tarmac, maneuvering for its takeoff when Bruce, the flight attendant comes over the squawk box for the pre-flight annoncement. He does his best not only to inform the passengers about safety, but also to entertain and amuse them.
There's not much to see in this video but so what. Just listen to Brucey make his impression on his captive audience.
